Healthier Food

Nutrition is high on the priority level of ISS Catering Services. We are fully committed to providing healthier catering and closely follow the guidelines from the Health Promotion Board’s Healthier Caterer Programme.

Customers are increasingly becoming more conscious about food choices and we offer tasty yet healthy signature dishes on our menu options. Our inhouse dieticians create menus that are made healthier by including dishes prepared with more fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices; and less oil, saturated fat, salt, and sugar. Dishes are also prepared using healthier cooking methods such as steaming, braising, boiling and stir-frying.
