ISS releases Corporate Responsibility Report 2018  

This year’s report gives an overview of how ISS addresses sustainability challenges and provides case studies on what ISS policies mean in practice, highlighting the company’s engagement with – and impact on – stakeholders and broader society. ISS defines its key sustainability challenges in three areas: 

The three areas are aligned with 7 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including on gender equality, productive employment and decent work for all, and sustainable consumption and production patterns.

Cases in this year’s Corporate Responsibility Report focus on ISS’s impact on diversity and inclusion through a refugee recruitment programme in Finland, a social mobility initiative in India, and employment opportunities for economically vulnerable people in Spain. The report also includes information on ISS’s approach to mitigating climate change, strengthening workplace health and safety, and ensuring ethical business practices.
