Facility Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations in the specific buildings to provide best practices and solutions in technical matters, H&S issues, contract management, administration and documentation

  • Manage the customers and end-users relationship and meet the expectations with reference to KPIs and service level agreement

    Job responsibilities

    You will be responsible for oversight and/or delivery of services such as scheduled audits of projects, procedures or systems, management of investigations of quality issues, perform regulatory inspections and audit to facilitate continuous improvement in our service standards.

  • Conduct audit on the compliance of the customer and contract (i.e. staff deployment, emergency store, infection Control and waste disposal, etc) according to customer’s standards and requirements.

  • Develop, establish, conduct audit based, evaluate and update various quality audit tools and documentations, (i.e. MSDS, ISO, Emergency Preparedness Briefing, Emergency Contact List/ Emergency Response Team, Permit-To- Work, EHS, ISO 9000:2001, ISO 14001:2004, OSHAS 18000:1999, etc) procedures to ensure compliance of the required standards and requirements for housekeeping services.

  • Review quality reports against contractual quality and performance outcomes and identify actions items. Conduct joint audit with Client on storage areas (i.e. MSDS, Work Permit, safety audit) as scheduled.

  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Operation Forms (SOF), SGH Housekeeping protocol, etc. as and when required.

    Job Responsibilities

    You will be required to provide portering services for patients to and from the admitting wards/ specialist clinics/ departments/ external centres in a safe and professional manner. You will also assist in the reception of patients by provision of wheelchairs/trolleys and their transfer from ambulance and to ensure proper transfer and lifting techniques are practiced when transferring patients.

  • Deliver and collect medical records to and from HIMS (Health Information Management System) and to ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times with the case sheets transported safely and securely.
