In its broadest sense, employee relations is about the relationship between ISS and our employees, both individually and collectively. The focus of this relationship is obviously at the workplace, but outside stakeholders such as trade unions and government legislation are also be taken into account.

Both the individual and ISS will benefit from an approach that emphasises the mutuality of interests in employee relations and the application of policies and practices that encourage employee commitment.
